Daniel H. Bender, M.D. is a physiatrist specializing in diagnosing problems in the musculoskeletal system.  He completed his internship in Pediatrics in Lubbock, Texas, and his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) at Loyola Medical Center in Illinois.

Dr. Bender is board certified by the American Board of Pain Medicine, the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and by the subspecialty of Pain Management of PM&R Medical Board.
